Commitment To Service


If your experience with us has been disappointing in any way, please tell us as soon as possible.  Problems with haircuts and color should be evident within a week.  Problems with perms can usually be seen within a two week period.  We will schedule an appointment within that time period to make any adjustments or alterations.  If you have used other chemical products other than the recommended professional products or if your hair has been altered by another salon, we CANNOT guarantee our services!  In addition, if you feel that any product does not meet your expectations, simply return the unused portion.  We will gladly exchange the product and assist you in selecting a product more appropriate to your needs.
